I was completely blown away by the amazing value for money at this guesthouse. The location was superb with a short walk to the beach and plenty of dining options nearby. The room was beyond mind-blowing with its spaciousness, comfortable bed, and excellent air conditioning. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was jaw-dropping. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The wi-fi was reliable, and the flat-screen TV and electric kettle were a wonderful bonus. my stay here was absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay here! The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the night market and numerous restaurants and bars. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a nice balcony. The bathroom was basic but had toiletries provided. The staff, especially Richard, were friendly and helpful, giving us advice on the area and even organizing trips for guests. The hotel also offers amenities like free WiFi, a room safe, kettle, fridge, and air conditioning. this hotel offers great value for the price.

My stay at Daveeya's Place Kata was enjoyable overall. The database was very useful in providing me with information about the hotel. I appreciated the fact that they had a room with a big balcony. It was a great spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beautiful views of Kata Beach. It was definitely a highlight of my stay.

There were a few aspects that I felt could be improved. One minor issue was the slightly unreliable wifi.

Enjoyed a soothing spa tub and steam room on-site.- Convenient access to nearby attractions such as Dino Park Mini Golf and Kok Chang Safari Elephant Trekking.- Comfortable rooms with great views of either the mountains or garden.- Entertainment options with cable programming on flat-screen TVs.

This hidden gem is in a prime location, with the night market just a stone's throw away. You'll be right in the center of all the action, close to the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars. the rooms are spacious and come with a fridge and balcony, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. the friendly staff are always ready to assist you, providing great service with a smile.

I especially loved the big French doors that let in natural light and the great lighting throughout the room. the location was perfect, just a short walk from walking street and plenty of restaurants and bars. Richard, the host, was very helpful and provided us with some great advice about the area and even offered options for local trips. a great property and an excellent choice for a budget stay close to Kata Beach. Cons: Nothing, all great! 😊.

We had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse in Kata Beach. the room we got was super nice, with a big and comfortable bed, a spacious balcony, and large windows with curtains. the air conditioning worked really well, keeping us nice and cool. We also appreciated that the room and bathroom were clean when we arrived. the location of the guesthouse is great, away from the noise but still just a short walk to the beach and even closer to two different night markets. we really enjoyed our time at this property.
